Building Services Diesel Generator
Harnessing over a century of engine building excellence is this 550 kVA Cummins C550D5e Silent Diesel Generator fitted with a linkbox and bespoke-fabricated bund tray. The Cummins Power Generation C550D5e is a 3-phase, 400V, 50Hz tier ii emission compliant generator powered by a QSX series Cummins QSX15G8 diesel engine. The C550 D5e features a Stamford HC5D alternator, PowerCommand 2.2 control panel and comes complete with a battery charger, water heater, set mounted 4-pole circuit breaker, 820 litre base fuel tank & close fit acoustic canopy (77 dBA @ 1m).
The 550kVA genset solution is being delivered to a building services business in Colchester, UK where the generator will provide emergency backup power supply to the office head quaters in the event of a drop in power supply from the mains.
Africa Export Power
This 20 foot Acoustic Enclosure was 1 of 2 units bespoke designed & built to each house 1100 kVA Caterpillar Diesel Generators.
The projects are on their way to the port where they will be exported to Africa to supply emergency backup power to 2 key government facilities in the event of a mains outage.
Packaging Power
This 275 kVA Cummins C275D5 Silent Diesel Generator was fitted with a bespoke-fabricated bund tray & supplied alongside an additional 10,000 litre Free-Standing Bulk Fuel Tank. The Fuel Tank will allow the client to refuel less frequently, which is more convenient due to the awkward site location.
The power solution is on its way to Leeds, UK where the generator will provide emergency backup power to the offices & warehouse for a label & packaging company in the event of a total mains power failure.
Construction Headquarters
This 150 kVA Cummins Silent Diesel Generator complete with a Bespoke-Built Bund Tray & a 250 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch is heading to Liverpool, UK.
The generator & ATS Panel will provide emergency backup power to the new headquarters for a large construction company in the event of a mains failure.
Sheltered Housing Backup
This 66 kVA Cummins Stage IIIa Emissions Compliant Silent Diesel Generator complete with a 100 Amp Cummins Automatic Transfer Switch is heading to London, UK.
This complete standby power solution will provide mains failure backup power to a brand new sheltered housing block built to support elderly, disabled & vulnerable people.
More 3000 kVA Acoustic Enclosures
These 4 Bespoke Designed & Built Acoustic Enclosures each contain a 3000 kVA Cummins Diesel Generator, Switchgear, Fuel Tank & further essential equipment. The enclosures were dispatched along with extra roof-mounted sound attenuation & 4 x 16,000 litre underbelly fuel tanks where they will join previously built units supplying emergency backup power to critical UK infrastructure services.
Waste Water Treatment Power
This Bespoke 40-foot Acoustic Enclosure houses a Cummins 1400 kVA Diesel Generator, Fuel Tank & other auxiliary equipment including small light & power.
The power solution is on its way to Blackburn, UK where it will provide critical emergency backup power to a waste water treatment works site in the event of a mains failure.
Box Office Backup Power
This 470 kVA Pramac Silent Diesel Generator with a UK-Built Perkins Engine was purchased, tested & dispatched from stock within a matter of hours to meet the client's deadline.
The canopied genset will be installed at a cinema in Cumbria, UK to provide backup power to the entire building in the event of it being hit by a power cut.
